Stripe handles payments
Paid plans and subscription billing are processed by Stripe. AskNagi does not store full card details.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AskNagi, users agree to these Terms of Service. If a user does not agree with these terms, they should not use the service.
Service description
AskNagi helps users create, edit, analyse and manage Excel files with AI. The service may generate spreadsheets, formulas, summaries, dashboards, charts and downloadable files based on user prompts and uploaded content.
User accounts
Users are responsible for keeping their account secure, protecting login credentials and providing accurate account information. Users should notify AskNagi if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.
Uploaded files and user content
Users should only upload files and content they have the right to process. Uploaded spreadsheets may contain personal, financial or business data, and users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permissions before using AskNagi with that content.
AI-generated outputs
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a specific purpose. Users should review generated spreadsheets, formulas, summaries, dashboards and recommendations before relying on them for important financial, legal, business or operational decisions.
Prohibited use
Users may not use AskNagi for illegal activity, abuse, unauthorized data extraction, uploading files without permission, malware, spam, attempts to compromise systems or activity that infringes the rights of third parties.
Payments and subscriptions
Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Paid plans may renew according to the terms shown at checkout or in the plan information. AskNagi does not directly store full card details, but may store subscription status, Stripe customer IDs and plan information.
Google Drive and Google Sheets integrations
If a user connects Google Drive or Google Sheets, AskNagi will use the permissions authorized by the user only for app-related file features, such as opening, exporting or working with files selected or used through the service.
Data protection and privacy
Use of account data, uploaded files, prompts, project history, generated outputs and billing-related records is described in the AskNagi Privacy Policy.

Users may request or manage deletion of their account and data where applicable. Some billing, security or legal records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate operational needs.
Limitation of liability
AskNagi is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that AI outputs, spreadsheet edits, formulas, charts or analysis will be perfect, complete, uninterrupted or suitable for every decision or use case.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as AskNagi evolves. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means the user accepts the updated terms.
